To view your iCloud Drive files and folders, open the Finder, then click iCloud Drive in the sidebar. An app: When you select or turn on an app, it can store data in iCloud. In this menu, you need to first make sure that the iCloud Drive option is checked. If more iCloud storage is needed you can increase the storage. Next, head over to the iCloud section from the left pane to access your iCloud settings. The file may not sync to iCloud if there isn’t enough available iCloud storage. ![]() This is possible with the iCloud Drive, Photos, Numbers, and Pages apps, and the process is the same in each. Click on the your name or Apple ID option located to the right of your Apple account name. One of the most common use cases for iCloud’s web interface is pulling images, videos, and other files off of your iPhone and onto your PC, or vice versa. Pick up your iPhone after typing it and you should immediately see it in your Notes app. See Modify files, folders, and downloads in Files on iPad. If you don’t see iCloud Drive below Locations, tap Locations. If you have multiple Apple devices that you take with you on the go and you have something lengthy to type out that may not be most comfortable doing on an iPhone, accessing iCloud through its web interface and typing the note out there using a keyboard will allow for immediate and automated synchronization. If you don’t see Locations, tap Browse again. ![]() The most obvious example is with the Notes app. This will download all the selected files to your default download location (set in step 2). Once all the files are selected, go to the top of the iCloud screen and click the download icon (cloud with arrow going down). While there aren’t currently any native browser integrations that interact with iCloud’s web interface-such as plugins to alert you on Reminders or updated Notes-this is still a great way to manage your iPhone if you ever need to type out something especially long. Do this either by selecting each one or by doing a select-all keyboard command.
